This artist is a comic writer and artist his entire work library is filled with great stories. Almost all of them challenge and question what we allow as a society and when things go unchecked. to list off a few of his most notable works is V for Vendetta, Swamp Thing, Watchman, and MY personal favorite Batman:the Killing Joke. The stories he weaves and the methods of delivery are very pointed yet poetic. For example, his work watchman makes light of Nuclear weapons and the dangers they have as weapons of destruction But, even more then that it also has characters and studies of them AND even stories in the stories of other things in the world. The way he establishes scenes Characters emotions is very interesting, and some times disturbing. he dose not shy away from making his "hero's" more human and Not just for the sake of tension. He weaves his Story and characters and establishes such good world building it's insane. I could never do it justice in this time but I want to leave off with this, Batman: The killing Joke has an ending in where bat man and the joker are Sharing a laugh after everything that the joker has put Gordon, Barbara, and especially Batman, he puts his hands on him and the camera pans down as the laughs fade. That book was written in 1988 and even to today in 2020 people are STILL debating on weather or not batman killed the joker. I have read it myself and it is crazy on to weather or not this is what happened. if that's not an impact on what you do in your craft then I don't know what is.
